And the plot, to some extent. Together with Professor Pack you find yourself in Africa, year 1944. This continent is believed to be the richest that's why Mr. Pack is hunting for precious treasures turning the wooden tiles into the golden ones. Anyway, the game starts with simple levels on the deck with the target to collect the pieces of the map. Reaching higher level means higher numbers of jewel colors and more new relics (such as masks and coffee beans). This is not the hardest point in Jewel Quest II - you just try to cope with the board changing design! The number of separate tiles is going up so it's more and more difficult to convert all of them. Hopefully, the golden coins appear. Just match 3 golden coins and you have a special move. Save up special moves and use them to award a free gold space, uncover a buried jewel or remove it. There are also some hints which appear when you do nothing for a long time but this takes the precious limited time. When you are not in time - you lose one life. And you start Jewel Quest II with 5 lives but can achieve more for every 50,000 points - so, be careful!
